The Fair Marketing Bureau is a non-profit corporation that promotes the advancement and adoption of ethical online advertising practices. Through education, thought leadership, and advocacy, FMB celebrates honest marketers and seeks to level the playing field by holding accountable those who undermine marketplace trust.


As the tools available to marketers evolve, so do the strategies and tactics advertisers use to convince consumers to buy. But legislators and regulators are often slower to respond to those developments, providing opportunity for unethical conduct while the law plays catchup. FMB views technological change as an opportunity for brands and agencies to run even more effective campaigns without sacrificing integrity.
